As all cakes are different it is hard to set a price, Swiss Buttercream is not available in all seasonS but it a much cheaper option than ganache and fondant, mock cream is available year round and may serve a budget better.
Any decor will be an added feature and flowers or hand made embellishments (edible) will also be premium.
Event Cakes and Wedding Cakes :
Single Tier Fondant cakes start from $200
Single Tier Butter Cream start from $180
Two tier cakes start from $310 (6 & 8 inch)
Three tier cakes start from $430 (6, 8 & 10 inch)
Four tier cakes start from $560 (6, 8, 10, &12 inch)
3D or novelty cakes start at $290 (small minion)
Extended barrel cakes and square cakes will be charged at a higher rate as there is structural work and also a higher degree of time and skill to get the edges to perfection.
Should you have a design in mind - please send through a photo, this can often save time as we can both discuss your needs based upon the photo.
Cup Cakes:
Mini Cupcakes start at $3.00 ~ minimum order 12
Prices start at $4.50 for a plain swirl up to $8.50 ~ this is depending on type/flavour and choice of swirl plus topping/decor.
Minimum of 12
Cake Pops:
I use a truffle base in white choc truffle, milk choc truffle or a dark choc truffle, other flavours can be arranged.
Minimum order for these are 12 - basic prices start at $4.50
Cookies:
I make sugar cookies which can either be royal iced and hand painted or hand painted on to fondant. Basic prices start at $4.50 - $7.50
All hand painted and Royal Icing cookies are from $$5.00 - $7.50
WEDDING CAKES:
I refuse to charge the "hidden wedding fee" that so many charge - each cake should be remembered for its taste and the design not for how much money was spent upon it, we would rather a smaller cake decorated to your absolute perfection (for the cutting of the cake photo) and a kitchen cake to be served to guests than have a Cake that the Bride and Groom were not happy with.
*We offer a "lay By" service, where you can choose your design no matter what price, and be able to pay in installments with the final installment being three full months before the date of the Wedding.
